Can I try Jentera before paying?

Yes. Create and verify your account to explore the platform and send 10 free chat requests. The allowance is shared across all your chats and businesses, not 10 per conversation. After that, choose a plan to keep sending work. Requests already in progress can finish, and previous results stay readable. Plans start at RM99/month.

How do the plans work?

Starter RM99, Standard RM199, Plus RM499 a month. Every plan includes your AI staff, its own dedicated computer and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Standard includes 2x the usage of Starter, and Plus 7x. Plus adds team seats for your staff. Run out of credits? Buy RM20 more any time and it works straight away; a bigger plan applies from your next billing month. Enterprise, including locally hosted AI, is on request. Cancel future renewals in your billing portal.

Is AI usage unlimited?

No. Your subscription includes standard AI usage, with usage and fair-use limits. A multi-step job can use more AI than a simple question. Each plan has monthly AI credits, and you can buy more any time; no plan promises unlimited usage.

When do credits reset?

AI credits reset on the 1st of each month at 8am Malaysia time. Extra credits apply to the month you buy them and don’t carry over. Top-ups are one-off purchases and do not change your subscription price or extend the separate computer-time limit.

What are the other limits?
  • One computer task at a time on every plan.
  • WhatsApp support is human help. Customer-facing WhatsApp automation is not available.
  • E-invoicing and MyInvois submission are not available.
  • Recurring routines are a limited pilot, not enabled for every account.
